Choose the right workout for you with our large and growing library of on-demand classes that will keep you motivated. There's plenty of variety in skill level, intensity, structure and workout length. Detailed metrics show your progression through the workout. Classes are accompanied by pop music.
Not in the mood to take a coach-led class? Select from a wide range of preset workouts that are ready to use, including Concept2's Workout of the Day. Time, distance or calories, steady state or intervals, endurance or power, short or long - the choice is yours!
Create & save custom workouts with ease. Set pace and stroke rate targets, and even target heart rate zones. Pace targets can be set to your own benchmarks - 2k time, etc.
Easily invite anyone of your myrow friends to join a group row. Choose from the large selection of preset workouts, from one of your saved custom workouts, or create a new custom workout. Even do a Concept2 Workout of the Day with your friends.
