You can invite anyone of your myrow friends to join a group row. Choose from the large selection of preset workouts, from one of your saved custom workouts, or create a new custom workout. Even do a Concept2 Workout of the Day with your friends. The myrow Group Row feature makes it quick and easy to set up and schedule.
